Compact high-vacuum lab furnace for PCD, CBN, diamond tool brazing and small-scale thermal research.


CUT200 furnace is designed and developed by us. This model type furnace is already supplied to hundreds of clients for the application of metal 3D prints heat treatment, annealing, sintering, stress relief, degassing, brazing, and other high temperature heat treating.
The CUT200 high-vacuum tube furnace is heated by infrared lamps, the maximum temperature can reach 1000℃, and the temperature is controlled by 30 sections. N-type thermocouple, the furnace is made of 1500 alumina microcrystalline fiber material, which has a good heat preservation effect and can improve the heating efficiency of the equipment, and at the same time can extend the service life of the heating element. The furnace tube adopts a high-purity quartz tube, which has less gas outflow under a high vacuum, good light transmittance, and can withstand rapid cooling and heating. The limit temperature can reach 900℃ under a high vacuum. It has a balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, has the advantages of fast-rising and falling temperature, and energy saving.
The control part adopts PLC intelligent module combination control, which can realize automatic/manual operation. The control system integrates AI518P temperature controller, ZDF-5227 compound vacuum gauge, and molecular pump controller; it adopts a 10-inch MCGS LCD touch screen operation.
Salient features:
Compact design, all the accessories are assembled inside a box-type body frame. PLC intelligent control system, manual/automatic operation, real-time status of LCD touch screen, furnace operation can be intelligent monitored remotely. Vacuum system: a combination of molecular pump and mechanical pump, that eliminates the preheating time, offers fast pumping speed, clean environment, low noise.
